The strategic time-out duration will be increased in IPL 2022

In IPL, strategic time out is the most viral for teams to evaluate their position and make strategies accordingly. Meanwhile, commercials of associated sponsors of IPL will be played.

In the Indian Premiere League, the strategic time-out is 150 seconds. As per the Cricbuzz, this strategic time-out duration will be augmented from 150 seconds to 3 minutes. The TATA IPL will be started on 26th March and winded up on 29th May 2022.

In this season, 70 IPL matches will be played. The teams will play twice which place against the same group teams and their exact opposite in the other group. The 10 IPL teams are divided into Group A and Group B.

Under Group A, MI, KKR, RR, DC and LSG. Under Group B, CSK, SRH, RCB, PBKS, and GT.
