Shikhar Dhawan’ fifty put India in the driver’ seat

South Africa skipper Temba Bavuma along with Rassie Van Der Dussen put a commendable total on the scoreboard with their centuries despite losing early wickets.  

To chase 296 runs total on a tough pitch, Indian skipper KL Rahul opened the innings with Shikhar Dhawan. After scoring 12 runs, KL Rahul departed. Shikhar constructed the innings with Virat Kohli and put the team India in the driver’s seat with his gritty fifty.

Shikhar is at the crease with 75 runs whereas Kohli is 34 not out. These two experienced players have been showing their class by milking runs in boundaries, singles, and doubles.

India scored 129 runs in 24 overs by losing KL Rahul’ wicket.
