Politically charged lyrics run Vikram song into trouble

Vikram film starring Ulaganayakan Kamal Haasan, Makkal Selvan Vijay Sethupathi, Fahad Fassil is releasing on 3rd June. Raaj Kamal Films International produced the film in the direction of Lokesh Kanagaraj.

Movie team started promoting the film and the theatrical trailer, audio of the film are going to be launched on 15th May. Anirudh Ravichander composed music for the film. He is working on the background score and censor copy will be ready in the next week.

Lokesh is highly excited about the film as he is an ardent fan of KAMAL. The team released Pathala Pathala song from the album and Kamal Haasan wrote the song, sang it as well. While the song is going viral, politically charged lyrics from the song have run it into trouble.

An activist Selvan filed a complaint against the lyrics that say, “Key is in the hands of thieves”. Selvan is demanding the lyrics to be changed or removed, otherwise he will go to court and fight the matter legally. Kamal Haasan joined politics and he is fighting against BJP. Suriya is said to be playing a cameo in the film.
