Stranger Things has been a global sensation and it started streaming on Netflix way back in 2016. The series has become a global massive hit and the fourth season released on 27th May, 2022. Remaining two episodes from the season will release on 1st July. Let’s discuss about the released season.

As the youngsters grow, they face growing up issues this season and being set in 1986, the writers went for meta references as well.

Joyce Byers (Winona Ryder) gets a porcelain doll from Russia and Eleven (Millie Bobby Brown) looses her powers. Joyce believes that someone from Russia is trying to contact her and she feels it could be Jim Hopper (David Harbour). Is it him or someone from upside down trying to bring Eleven under his control? Watch the series to know more …

The series deals with a huge dark world creature attacking a small town in USA from Upside Down. Eleven can only challenge the mystic creature(s). This season has been strong in emotional value and relationships have progressed well. Performances wise each and every one of them turned out to be solid again. Millie Bobby Brown, Finn Wolfhard, Wynona Rider, Sadie Sink, Gaten Matarazzo gave solid performances along with the new inclusions. Noah Schnapp did not get much do in initial episodes but he looks to have a solid arc coming up in the conclusion episodes.

The series picks up slowly from the end of first episode and then delivers one solid thrill after another. While the cuteness that attracted us towards the young actors is missing, their growth in this series and season 4 feels organic. Duffer Brothers going for big movie tributes also worked out well. This is one more solid season and Home run for the series.
