Janasena Chief Pawan Kalyan has been reportedly unwell due to viral fever. The reining popular star of Telugu Cinema, joined politics in 2014 after his elder brother Chiranjeevi Konidela merged their party, Praja Rajyam in Indian National Congress.
He campaigned for Telugu Desam Party and BJP in 2014 elections without directly competing. In 2019 elections, he competed and lost to win even his own constituencies. Janasena party ever since has been looking to increase their vote share and give tough competition to incumbent YSRCP in 2024.
Janasena started Janawani program recently and Pawan Kalyan even stopped shooting for this program. He visited flood hit Godavari districts last week and this week, he needed to conduct Janawani on 24th, Sunday. Now it has been postponed.
As he and his staff, who went to the Godavari districts have reportedly fell sick, party decided to conduct Janawani on 31st July. The party will announce the time, place and stage later this week or next week.
