CBN slams AP CM YS Jagan for Konaseema “Net” crisis

Konaseema district name change has been proposed by Andhra Pradesh Government and people of the district reacted violently to the proposal and came on to streets to protest. Government stopped Internet services for the area due to the protests.

Government did not restore the services even after seven days and opposition leader, Telugu Desam Party Chief Chandrababu Naidu slammed AP government and CM YS Jagan for the crisis. He said Government could not handle the situation properly and today, IT employees and students are suffering due to their inability.

He tweeted a news article from papers and said government stopping Internet services in Konaseema is pathetic way of governance when most people use Internet on daily basis for transactions and daily work.

People from Konaseema are travelling to nearby villages and towns to get Internet services. Government is reviewing the situation in the districts before restoring normalcy in the area as per the local officials.
