Stock Markets have registered huge records on 3rd June

Stock Markets have registered record gains on 3rd June 2024. Exit Poll results have predicted NDA regaining power and this seems to have given investors fresh hope to invest. Throughout the session, indices have registered record highs. Investors earned Rs.14 Lakh crores in one day and Nifty50 has recorded biggest single day high in 3 years.

Going into the details, Markets started trading at record higher benchmarks early in the morning and continued to maintain them throughout the session. Interestingly, investors never looked to sell off their holds at such huge highs.

Even BSE Midcap and BSE SmallCap indices registered record highs, too. Both big indices of Stock Markets, BSE gained 2,507.47 points to close at 76,468.78 and Nifty gained 733.20 points to close at 23,263.90 mark.

In this session of Stock Markets, BSE Sensex started trading at 2600 points higher at 76,583.29 and then continued to trade between 75,678.43 – 76,738.89. On the other hand, Nifty Sensex started trading 800 points higher at 23,337.90 mark and it hit its highest for the day at 23,338.70. Nifty50 hit the lowest at 23,062.30.

Indian Rupee traded at Rs.83.12 against USD on 03rd June 2024. NTPC, State Bank Of India, Power Grid Corporation Of India, Larsen & Toubro, and Axis Bank ended as Top Gainers in BSE. NTPC, State Bank Of India, Power Grid Corporation Of India, Oil & Natural Gas Corporation and Adani Enterprises in Top Gainers in Nifty50.

On the other hand in Stock Markets, HCL Technologies, Sun Pharmaceutical Industries, Asian Paints, Nestle India and Infosys stocks ended as Top Losers in BSE. Eicher Motors, LTI Mindtree, HCL Technologies, Asian Paints and Sun Pharmaceutical Industries ended as Top Losers in Nifty50.
