BCCI announces the new contracts for Indian players

The BCCI has announced new contracts for Indian Players. There are four types of contracts: A+, A, B, and C. Indian Skipper Rohit Sharma, Virat Kohli, and Jasprit Bumrah come under A+ contract. Under this contract, BCCI pays 7 crore to Rohit, Virat, and Bumrah.

As reported by Dainik Jagran, Ravichandran Ashwin, Rishabh Pant, Mohammad Shami, KL Rahul, and Ravindra Jadeja get 5 crores under A contract category. 

B contract for Pujara, Rahane, Axar Patel, Shardul Thakur, Shreyas Iyer, Siraj, and Ishant Sharma. The players under B category will be paid 3 crores. 

C contract for Shikhar Dhawan, Umesh Yadav, Bhuvaneshwar Kumar, Hardik Pandya, Washington Sundar, Deepak Chahar, Shubhman Gill, Hanuma Vihari, Chahal, Saha, Surya Kumar Yadav, Mayank Agarwal in the new BCCI annual contract. Under this contract, players will get one crore. 

Kuldeep Yadav, Navdeep Saini didn’t get any contract. As stated by Sports analyst, Mufaddal Vohra, Shreyas Iyer, Axar Patel, Mohammad Siraj promoted from C to B and SKY got a contract of C. 

Shikhar Dhawan and Hardik Pandya demoted from A to C. Rahane, Pujara, and Ishant from A to B. Saha, Bhuvi, Mayank Agarwal, and Umesh from B to C.
