AP CM YS Jagan conducted State Investment Board Meeting at Tadepalli on 12th May. In the meeting, CS Sameer Sharma, Deputy CM Boodi Muthyala Naidu and ministers Peddi Reddy, Buggana Rajendranath Reddy, Dharmana Prasada Rao, Aadimulapu Suresh, Kakani Govardhan Reddy, Gummanuru Jayaram, Gudivada Amarnath, Roja participated along with the Chief Minister.
Jagan and the state board gave approval for Bio-Ethanol fuel plant set up in Sarvepalli, Nellore by Kribhco. Earlier in the year, AP Industries ministry has applied for approval from Union Government for setting up of the project and they have permitted for the set up within six months.
Now, AP CM Jagan has reviewed the plant area, cost of production and approved the plant. The plant will cost Rs. 560 crores and 250 KLD output will be produced by it. Jagan further stated that due to this plant 400 people will get jobs.
Jagan also stated plans to improve AP state exports capacity and suggested a target of 3.5 lakhs exports to be achieved by 2027. He advised Aqua industry to concentrate on the export quality as aqua industry exports are in demand.
