AP Ex-Minister Narayana is arrested in Hyderabad

Narayana, who served as Minister in previous Government cabinet in Andhra Pradesh State, has been facing allegations for leaking tenth class question papers. Directly, Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister YS Jagan alleged him and Chaitanya group of institutions behind the leakage.

Narayana has been said to be on the run for past few months but AP CID officials have arrested him on Tuesday, 10th of May, at Kondapur in Hyderabad. The leakage of Tenth class Telugu subject question paper has been traced back to Giridhar, an employee of Narayana schools. The leakage of paper came into light at Tirupathi SV campus.

AP Police have traced the paper leakage to Giridhar’s whatsapp account and the paper leaked on the day, after the exam started at 09:57 AM. Police have already few government school teachers who are suspected to have played a role in the leakage incident.

Narayana will be questioned by AP CID officials about the leakage and will be presented in Chittoor court. AP CM YS Jagan is taking personal interest regarding this matter as it involves future of many young children from Telugu state.
